Factbook search delivers no results
Factbook search seems to have a problem. I get no results for persons, places, things etc.
Not sure if I have the required licenses. I do have the Factbook licenses, but maybe something else is missing...

You appear to be missing Biblical Referents. If you have the appropriate package (Silver+, Feature Crossgrade+) you should get it back with the update resources command

That seems to require a silver base package, so I don't have it.
Then my next question: Should I even be seeing all the options to search places etc. when I don't have an appropriate license?

Factbook should still work for you e.g. type Moses. But a search for <Person Moses> in your bibles will not work. The Referents database identifies words (pronouns, verbs) that refer to Moses; whereas a simple search for Moses only finds that word.

Sorry, my previous response was incomplete. If you are seeing "Moses Person" in the Context menu when you right click a word like "he" it would be unusual. Do you get that when you right click "Moses" and it gives you a Search for <Person Moses>?

No, I got it from the search page. Only about half of the search parameters shown to me do actually work.
Even under the same heading, some of them work just fine, for example <Biography Martin Luther>.
I think my question has been answered more or less. Thanks! It's just a minor annoyance, which I can live with...
