Can't retrieve purchased books on iPad mini 4

I currently have Logos 4 and can easily access my purchased resources on my new iPhone 6s. I also purchased an iPad Mini 4 and not one of my purchased resources shows up in my library. Any suggestions?

    First of all, welcome! [:)]

    1. Why are you using L4? Is your computer too old to update? Otherwise I want to point out that the software engine is free and you should be using L6. 

    2. The most obvious answer for why you can't see your resources on the second device is that you aren't using the right credentials. Have you verified that you have signed in with the same username and password on both? The second most common explanation is that you didn't give the app proper time to load your notes & library. Lastly, you could be filtering the library, which would skew the results. Is the library box empty?

    3. For clarification: the mobile apps don't run L4/L5/L6, which are strictly desktop applications.

  • Thank you!  I figured out my error!  I updated my account information (I thought) with a new email address, but apparently my purchases can only be accessed with my old email address.  Fortunately, I remembered the password that went with that address and can now access my resources.  What I can't figure out is how to make sure all my data is under the new account information.

    You are right...I do need to update my Logos.  I just found the link for the free software and am updating.

  • I have Logos 6 now installed.  

    Although the website says that Logos and Faithlife use the same profile information, apparently I have an old account with Logos where all my purchases are listed, and the only way I can access the resources on my mobile devices, and another login account with Faithlife.  I'm not sure how to reconcile the two...

    You will need to call customer service and have the accounts merged.
