Resources won't open

I can download "Hermeneutics, Authority and Canon" on both my Kindle and IPhone, but neither opens. I get the a message "Error loading book. Could not open specified resource" on my phone and the app just closes on my Kindle. The resource will open on my laptop.

Do you own this book permanently, or with a Logos Cloud licence?

I just checked the other resources in this collection and the only one that would open up is "The Church in the Bible and the World."
