Zach, I'm not seeing what you are seeing...Expositor's Bible Commentary only has 12 volumes. 1 Peter is in volume 12 and I don't see any of the markers that you cited..."1. HISTORY OF INTERPRETATION" or the links to 1 Pet 5:1,12, 13 in parentheses. Are you sure it is the Expositor's Bible Commentary?
