Linking Panels and Multiple Book Commentary On Ipad
I know that in the desk top version of Logos for Windows I can create links to multiple sets. However on the IPad here is what I would like to do. Open up a Bible in one Windows and then in the other window have a commentary that can be linked and synced. However here is the issue. I often use the Pulpit commentary which is a multi-volume set so as I change from one bible book to another I must constantly grab the appropriate commentary from the library that goes with that particular bible book. Instead what I would like to do is have the software consider the entire pulpit commentary resource as one single resource not multiple separate books. So the result would be as I change books in the bible the commentary would likewise open the appropriate commentary volume in the adjacent window. Is there a way to do this through collections or some other form? Or does creating a linked set on the desktop translate over to the IPad app?

Sorry Dennis - this functionality is not currently supported on the mobile apps.

Add your vote to this UserVoice suggestion - it's currently at number 14 for the iOS app. I'm surprised this hasn't been an issue for more users...

It's quite stunning that users would have to even suggest it when it exists on every other mobile app I've ever used for bible research.

Olive Tree doesn't do this unless you buy the entire commentary as a single set - if you do that, it downloads as a single massive book - that has its perks, but it caused me a fair bit of grief too.
I was also never quite sure how it effected their updates/corrections - you had books available as individual books, then as part of an OT/NT specific resource, then as a whole Bible set. One thing I did notice is that I was regularly updating my WBC complete set by downloading a 140-ish MB download, which was a bit of a pain.
It would be great if Logos allowed you to use a set/collection for the parallel pane, but I do prefer their implementation of individual books, even if it does make the library huge and unwieldy (the search more than makes up for that anyway).
