Installing Logos on a new computer
I bought a new computer and would like to install my existing Logos package on this computer without having to download everything from the website. Is there a simple way of doing this?

I asked customer support this questions a few months back and they just sent me instructions on how to download and install the program. These steps would have saved me hours of download time.

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems.
Please start a new in the main Logos desktop forum - https://community.logos.com/forums/170.aspx - and provide a few more details.
Which platform (Mac / Windows) are you using, what are the specs of the computer?
And please, in that thread, post a screenshot (use the paperclip icon in the forum editor) of the error message as it is not one I am familiar with
