Kindle Fire 10 Not supported?
Trying to get our church family to read through the bible together with Faithlife Group Reading Plan. Spent the afternoon with a lady who has a Kindle Fire 10. We could not find the Bible App, or Faithlife Study Bible in the app store. Is it because it is a Fire 10? I installed it on my wife's kindle fire 8.

I don't know, as we don't have a Fire 10 in house, but this sounds a bit unusual. I believe that even apps that won't run on a Kindle device should still be shown in the Amazon Store (or, are you talking about the Google Play store instead?).
Note that our apps are not Amazon Underground apps, but standard apps and should run on any of the devices show that have a green checkmark:

Wow. You are a hard worker. 7 pm posting? Thanks for getting back.
We were in the app store on the kindle, so that would be the amazon app store. The apps didn't even show up. So she did try using the browser to access the amazon app store. The web page said her device was unsupported for the app.

I am sure he is a hard worker ... but you see the time in your time zone not his. He posted 4 pm PST (his time).

You can get it in the 1Mobile Market - it works just fine on the Fire 10.
Go here and get this app first: http://www.1mobile.com/1mobile-market-free-android-store-79873.html

Hi Kevin And all,
I want to recommend my adult sunday school class to get a tablet for Bible study. The Kindle Fire 7 starts at $50 so can't beat the price.
I'm an iPad user so not familiar with the Android ecosystem. I can safely recommend the Kindle Fire and they'll be able to install FSB, Logos apps from the Amazon App Store?
Thanks!
Peter

We don't support third-party app stores not associated with Google, Amazon or Apple.
We upload our apps to Google Play, the Amazon App Store and the Apple Store and therefore can only support our apps when downloaded from those stores. Using any other store for obtaining our apps is a potential risk since we don't know how our apps might have been changed along the way.0 -

We don't recommend any particular hardware devices and can't help with "safe" recommendations. However, as with anything you get what you pay for. If it's $50 a pop you won't see great performance or have a lot of storage space. Also, the Amazon Store does not offer our Vyrso or Verbum apps.

Not sure which Fire Tablet I have but I can't get it to download even though Mobile 1 was downloaded successfully. It keeps saying that it isn't compatible. How do I tell which Fire tablet I have and which version of Android it's running? Thanks
