Hearing problems on 30 day Bible study videos

I am having a problem hearing the instructions on the 30 day Bible study. My lap top is set at 100%. I click on the sound emblem on the page and it does not help. I have no problem with the videos on my home page. Can you do something from your end? I want to do the lessons. I'm learning but I have to strain to hear and it hinders my comprehension and extends my study time, which I don't have. Thanks, I hope you can help me because I'm enjoying the lessons and I'm learning even though its stressing me. Selena Vaughan

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We out checking our levels to ensure that they are right with all the videos moving forward. If hearing continues to be a problem, know that we are also working on creating individual pages for the videos that will contain the transcripts.

    I, too, am having problems with hearing the videos. I have a hearing loss but have no problems adjusting the sound for other videos, but cannot understand these at all. Please help as I really want to learn from this opportunity.
