Latest update deleted fonts from my computer

Yesterday I let Logos do an update, and afterwards I discovered at least two fonts I had installed on my system were removed. I remember an issue like this when I first upgraded to Logos 6 from Logos 5 some months ago, I'm wondering why it happened again.
The two fonts I know of:
Scheherazade, a font for Arabic script
Charis SIL, a Unicode font containing a number of IPA and other extended Roman characters.
My current Logos version is 6.8 SR1 (6.8.0.0059), I don't know what version I had before, except I know it was 6 of some kind. I believe I upgraded to 6 about a year ago.

If you were running lower than Logos 6.3 before the upgrade you may have hit the issue described at https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/windows/missing-fonts
The article shows where to obtain the missing fonts

Thanks,
I looked at the list of fonts and saw the update had removed my Galatia SIL and Ezra SIL fonts as well.
I think I had version 6.6 though, not earlier than 6.3. I found a log file from last week that says 6.6.0.0069. There was no log file for yesterday though.

In which case it may be due to something else
