Finding definitions of italicized words

I am reading Witherington's "New Testament Rhetoric", which is the one of the books on Logos Now for January. Many of the technical terms he uses are italicized. A double click or right mouse click power lookup or lookup has zero results. However, I do have resources in my library where these terms are a headword.
I ran a search on chreia on my bible dictionaries and found several results. I then right mouse clicked and ran a power lookup on the same word without italics and it worked.
Please see the screen shots below. The first is using a right mouse click lookup on the term in Witherington's book and the second using the search result and then right mouse clicking on a hit.
Can we please fix this as it would be most helpful to double click or run a power lookup on these types of terms?

Just a stab in the dark but is the italicized version tagged as transliterated so it does know what language to look it up in?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I think you may be correct, but I do not know how to determine how the word was tagged.
