BUG: Cannot delete a compiled book from the Personal Book Tool

6.9 Beta 3 Mac OS 10.11.2

The Help file states

We have an active case for this bug, I will add a link to this forum post so that we update you once it is fixed.

This is an issue only on the Mac.
