Three From the Current Sale - Your Thoughts?

I am considering three titles currently on sale, especially the first in the list. Are there other treatments of these three subjects you would recommend.

    I've read this title (on paper), and can recommend it. It engages Maurice Casey, so you will need to read his material as well.

    IMHO, the best chapter in this book is the last one by Larry Hurtado, "Summary and Concluding Observations."
