15% off coupon codes now give 10% off

I had a coupon code for 15% off the base packages that I was about to use. When I add it to my cart, it still displays the text "15% off base package". But it is only taking 10% off the base package in the actual cart.

Is that a change in policy for the coupon code (in which case it should read "10% off base package" in the cart or a mistake with the website?

I'm not sure but it was my understanding that the 15% off expired on Jan 6 (?).

I can remember that it was widely advertise that the 15% will be gone with Logos 6 base package. Sorry.

These coupon codes were separate from the blanket 15% off given to all users. They are special coupon codes such as for Pastors that enables them to get 15% off. The coupon codes still work and still are advertised as 15% off the base packages, but only 10% is taken off in the cart.

Maybe someone from Logos could advise whether the policy has changed now on these special pastors coupon codes to reduce the discount to 10%, and if so update the website so that it says 10% instead of 15% (or preferably change it so the coupon codes continue to give 15%!).

Ah, just looked back today to the page and Logos have now decreased the discount on the Logos page for the pastor helper discount code. Not sure if it is meant to be a generally available URL, so I've hidden it for now. But it is a standard Logos website page.

The discount is still shown in the cart description as 15%, but the actual calculated discount is just 10%.

So looks like it is just the code description in the cart that is wrong.

I received what I believe is a sample copy of Bible Study Magazine in the mail on 1/2/16. On the very back was an offer to save 15% on any base package AND receive a free one year subscription to Bible Study Magazine with purchase of a base package. The coupon code expires 2/29/16.
