Odd behaviour
One thing I use to notice is HighLighting use to show up on my computer when I got home after using my iPad out and about. for the past few weeks I have had issues with getting home and starting up Verbum, only to find that the markups are not there... Is there a setting I am missing in the iPad program to ask it to update the syncing like there is on the desktop program?
A second thing that has been happening a lot over the past several days is I try to do something on my iPad and I will get a pop up notification: Sorry, there was an error processing your request. I click ok but the process usually completes within seconds after the pop up screen.

No, and you shouldn't need to... "shouldn't" being the operative word. You can force a sync by leaving the app and returning to it... but I suspect something else is at work.

I wonder if your installation has become corrupt? When did you last perform a clean install?

Sorry, no. I meant "check documents.logos.com to see if the specific note you are looking for synced." If so, the problem isn't with mobile. If not, it is.
For clarification: when I look at my account, the number shown is note DOCUMENTS. Is the number you provided notes or documents?

The problem is when I go there and select the Solid colours I can see no way of easily navigating them.. If they were by date added I could easily go through them but they seem very random and with 644 pages to go through I am not sure how to best locate the possible area.
I get this, are there suppose to be a way to search or order them? :

Ugh. Are you still using the default behavior? Is this your primary/only note document? 12870 is quite a bit and ONE of the reasons I use "resource specific" highlighting.

Not that I know of.

Mine are apparently sorted by "date added." By clicking the "last page" icon, I can see the highlights I created this week. Does that help at all?

...and to double check... the behavior for where notes are stored is controlled differently on mobile than from desktop, although the default behavior remains the same. Have you verified that you didn't change the behavior for where notes are stored? The simplest explanation for what you are seeing is that you have changed the behavior, the notes are in another document, and you have the visual filter turned off for that document on desktop.
