Cannot find BOOKS in the LOGOS APP on my Cell-Phone
I have searched and searched for AMG BIBLE ESSENTIALS in the LOGOS APP on my cell-phone and cannot find them.
Have them in LOGOS in my Desktop Computer and also on my Galaxy Tablet App, but cannot find them on my Cell-Phone.
Can someone please help me with this?
Thank you.

You cannot find them on your phone because they were never meant to be there...
Verses the one below:
Faithlife has a few offerings like this that have no mobile contract portion. Most of them are older products and in the past they have tried to get access for as many as possible. This is one of the unlucky few not compatible.

Thank you Dan Francis.
Oh man, am so disappointed. I really wanted these on my LOGOS Bible App. Hopefully LOGOS will get a contract for these. The title says it all - They are Essentials.
But I do have a question.
Why am I able to get them on my SAMSUNG GALAXY TABLET?

Lucky mistake... I had the Bible Knowledge Commentary and Modern Catholic Encyclopedia on my phone for very brief periods before they were officially made available. I hope you can get the items on your phone ASAP, but it is more likely that they may disappear from the android tablet.

Thanks Dan Francis.
Although LOGOS is not at fault, this is just ludicrous and ridiculous to me. I assume the publishers of these books, commentaries, etc. is at fault with the mobile contracts.
I would rather they stay on my Galaxy Tablet than to have them on my Android phone, and then disappear from my Tablet. I don't see the big deal with having them on both your phone and your tablet, but I guess the publishers do.
I know that FAITHLIFE tries their best, and I appreciate that very much.
Thanks again Dan for alerting me to this situation, otherwise, I would have still been wrecking my brain trying to find these resources on my phone.

No in fact the fault is Logos, per say. The contracts were written to mean computers only... Olivetree had the opposite issues with some contracts... My pre 2011 NAB only works on my phone because it's contract is only for hand held devices. Unfortunately my iPad and the desktop software are not considered acceptable devices. AMG may be being difficult or FL may not have yet even approached them... We just don't know. I hope this can be resolved for you soon but we do not have enough information to say anything beyond the fact that the contract was for computers only.

Thank you Dan Francis.
I understand the problem better now. Thank you for taking the time to explain it to me.
