Is there a way to change the order of my commentaries in my passage guide ?
Their listed in the order of your priorities in your library, aren't they?
I dont think I understand. I do not have a collection of all my commentaries, do I need to make a collection ?
Prioritizing is not the same thing as making a collection. In your library, click the "Prioritize" button on the top right. See the image below and notice the commentaries in the list. These are the ones that come up first for me in my passage guide.
Here's a video from Mark Barnes on this - http://www.vimeo.com/8079931. He also has a more advanced one available.
None of my commentaries show up in that list. That is why I am confused
None of my commentaries show up in that list.
You need to move them into the list - They aren't there automatically.

Do I have to do every commentary one by one in the order I want them to show up in the passage guide ?
Most of us put our first 5-10 preferences. For a series you need to prioritize just one volume, the rest will follow.
If you prefer all the volumes in a series to have the same priority, select one volume from the series, right click on it and select "Prioritize this series"
How many you prioritize is up to you and whether just five or six series gives you results you like.
Thanks for clarifying this for me.
I was looking to change the complete order of the commentaries in the passage guide. Basically I have to do them one by one right ?
You can drag one volume to the Prioritize window and by default it adds the series. Some of us find it quicker to go the right click route, that's all.

If you want every single one changed, then yes you do. I guess I wonder after the top few series you have, why you'd want to do that. I'm satisfied with about 6-7 series prioritized and using a collection of commentaries that excludes a number that I don't want to look at normally. That keeps the list down.
I thought there was an easier way so I thought I would do it. But I like your idea.. Thanks fo the help
