Can you see the download progress indicator pulsing (top right corner).
I was under the impression that it should smooth out after a bit of time as the graphics download. Granted on my internet connection I can't get it to download either, but my internet connectivity out here in the boonies is worse than normal.
I could not get any better. My connection is fast, but the bitstream just drained off

On the application I can get way closer without pixelation. Even on fast connection on web it doesn't get any better
