I can only get the <Topic> choice not the <Biography> choice for Cotton Mather
<Person> is for biblical persons. Even Billy Graham is not a <Person>!
I've corrected the original post ... I got sloppy which I often do because they both feature a head.
If you search Everything for <Biography Charles Haddon Spurgeon (Baptist preacher)> you only get results for the Factbook section. Then when you perform Search Factbook the query is <Biography Charles Haddon Spurgeon (Baptist preacher)> and it finds the Topic entries. But Everything works just as well with <Blog Charles Haddon Spurgeon (Baptist preacher)> !
