Buggy right-click menu in relation to Add Clip & Add Note

My right click menu started acting buggy. I don't know if it is particular to this book or not, but this is the first time I have been hvaing this problem: One particular area of text when selected and right-clicked on has no option for adding a note or a clipping. The other areas around it do (but they are half hidden on the context menu). The problem with not showing the whole context menu is now occurring across resources (I didn't have this problem until just now)

SO the problems are twofold:

Some areas don't give me option to add notes
All of a sudden the context menu isn't showing me all the option in the visible pane

You must be using a different resolution than some of the 'standards'. I've noticed this and reported this issue, but it seems like its not about the resources, but about the current resolution of your desktop. Thanks.
