What do you mean that it isn't downloading? For clarification: the app downloads from Apple (not from Faithlife). The resources in your library download from Faithlife.

In my case it means the document list is not syncing with the cloud for my iOS and Android devices.

In my case it means the document list is not syncing with the cloud for my iOS and Android devices.
Is this all Documents or just a class of Documents or just specific ones?
For example:
- Are Reading Plans syncing?
- Are Notes Documents syncing?
- Is it an issue with specific plans or Documents?
- Is it that you can't see the Documents on your mobile devices or that they are not being updated?

Clippings (1), Reading Plans (9), and Notes (18) are synced
Word Lists (6), Prayer Lists (6), Passage Lists (3), Bibliography (1), Resource Collections (5), Syntax Search (2), Visual Filter (4), Guide Template (3), and Sentence Diagram (1) are listed in my desktop list of documents but do not appear on my iPad, iPhone, or Android devices (Moto G phone and Samsung Tab 3).
My main concern is the Word Lists. If they don't sync the flash cards don't work. There is no place in the Flashcards app to force a sync, so it has to come through the Logos app.

For clarification: those document types aren't supported in the mobile apps. The flash card app is a special case, but the other mobile apps are unrelated (you don't sync word lists through the Bible! App to get to the flash card app).
If you are having an issue with the flash card app, please create a new thread in the platform specific forum (iOS or Android).

Prayer Lists (6)
alabama24 is correct, except Prayer Lists should in fact sync (assuming you are running the latest iOS/Android versions of our apps - Prayer Lists and Clippings were recently added as new features in the mobile apps).
Did someone lead you to believe that every Document type (or feature) of the Logos Desktop app would be supported in the Mobile apps? The reason I ask is this misconception is more common than I would like and I want to understand why/how it comes about.0 -

SOLUTION to the Word Lists not syncing with my mobile devices.
I deleted the apps from my iPhone and iPad then re-downloaded them from the App Store. That gave me the chance to sign in to my Logos account. As soon as I did that the word lists immediately synced with the desktop lists.
The Flashcards app had previously worked, so I don't know why I had to re-download and log in again, but that seemed to do it.
In getting to the app in the iOS App Store be sure to look for "Flashcards for Greek and Hebrew."
