Verbum crash with some pages of some resources

When running Verbum 5.1.1 some pages of some resources cause the app to crash. I'm able to consistently reproduce it following these steps, here's a video that shows it in action:

  1. Open this resource: "The Gospel of Mark" by Mary Healy, CATHCOMM62MK.
  2. Go to Mk 7:5.
  3. Scroll to the previous page. It's a page with some text and an image.
  4. Verbum crashes.
