Years ago I was part of a textual criticism class that enjoyed the privilege of visiting his apartment to view his impressive collection of old Bibles--including Luther's German, 1611 KJV, and 12th century NT lectionaries. That day I'll always fondly remember and appreciate his hospitality.
What a wonderful memory to have. That would have been amazing.
