Help: Personal Book will not deleat :(
Hi, got a problem deleating a personal book!
I have deleted it through the Personal Books Tab and it is no longer in the list. 
I have also rebuilt the personal book index. 
The problems is it is still in my Lib.
I can´t edite it or deleat it, any ideas of what is going on with this ghost book that keeps coming back.

Thanks Graham, that got it out of the Lib, It is now out of sight but I am still puzzled as to why it hung around after being deleted. [*-)]
