Split Screen in Reading Plan

Somehow I've done something to split the screen while in my reading plan. How do I close it? I find it annoying for what I'm doing now.

Yes, thank you for your help. I'm busy trying to glue the hair back onto my head that I tore out trying to solve that puzzle.

What you probably did to split the screen, in case you still don't know how that happened, was touch the far right edge of the viewing area. Tapping that border will split the screen. As Alabama said, you can then use the slider at the bottom of the screen to resize the two windows, or remove one by sliding hite button all the way to the side.
