"The latest version" isn't informative because you might not be running the latest version. The current version is L6.9 SR-1. Can you please verify that is what you are running?
You wrote that this is an install on a new laptop. Does that mean that this is a brand new installation and that you have never had it properly installed?
Another thing: Make sure all windows updates have been installed.

I have had a proper install on several platforms. This is a new laptop with a new install.
This is the latest version being offered by Logos. Every update is installed.
Have you allowed Logos through your firewall? If you haven't you'll get sync erros.
Logos is allowed through my firewall.
All troubleshooting methods prescribed by Logos have been attempted.
Thanks. The point wasn't "have you installed logos before" but "have you successfully installed logos on THIS computer." From what you have said, I understand that you are trying to install Logos for the first time (on this computer). Originally it sounded like you were saying that your resources disappeared. I see now that isn't the case.
I am unsure what you mean. I had asked to make sure that all WINDOWS updates were installed, not Logos. If all windows updates have been installed, we'll have to wait for a techie to come along. I hope you get it resolved soon! [:s]

The error in the logs is "Unauthorized". I'm not sure why you would be getting that if you're able to successfully sign into the software. (The same credentials that allow you to log in should work to access sync services.)
Have you changed the password for your logos.com/faithlife.com account recently?
There is a major update for Windows 10 available; I would recommend installing it to make sure you have the latest Windows and .NET components.
No password change and I will recheck my updates but during setup of my laptop I made it a point to ensure all software was up to date. But, it is more than worth a shot to check again.
