Leap Year Marketing Thought

today, February 29, would be an AWESOME day to have a "Leap Year Sale" the "kind of sale that could only happen once every four years." ICC for 65% off, or "pick 4 books for 70% off" or "entire Hermeneia for free!" A guy can dream, can't he? But seriously, not a bad idea. It's not too late for today...[;)]

Well, again I am a little bit off topic, but what is Mobile Ed? Could you say what it is in once sentence from actual user's point of view?

I come across new marketing terms and political terms all the time, they are normally misnomers and if I find a definition it is normally not helpful.
