Purchased resource, but it won't download. (It's the first time this has EVER happened to me

Hi,

Who do I contact at Logos about this problem?
I purchased:
https://www.logos.com/product/56307/church-history-for-modern-ministry-why-our-past-matters-for-everything-we-do

But if I click on the resource it says:
"Missing license for resource."

Have you restarted your computer? Does the link you provide show it owned? When did you buy it?

I'm trying to download it on my Android phone. I've rebooted it several times.

It doesn't have the buy option on Android, just the download button,
but every time I try and download it, it fails.
