Just a quick question for someone else with the Tyndale series - I have a fully updated L4 but only have 48 volumes. I'm missing the commentary on Mark by R Alan Cole. Does anyone else have this problem? Or am I alone in missing Mark!
I do have that resource, Paul. Hope you can find yours. In case you want to look at your Logos 3 (if you still have it!) or to search for it the info on the resource is:

Thanks Milford.
I have all 49 as well. I did install via L3, sync licenses, then wait a few hours to get it in Logos4.
I also received all 49 vols via the download (my cd has not arrived yet).
It seems like it is just me then! I've updated again today but not received anything. Do any of the Logos 4 Experts out there have any advice about how I can get the commentary on Mark?
Type "Update resources" in the command box at the top of your Logos 4 window. See if that downloads it.
Thanks for the reply Jacob - I just tried this and nothing appeared. I also tried running "Update now" but I'm still missing it. Does you have any other ideas? I'm wondering if I might wait for the CD or call support.
I went to the ftp site but could not find the corect files for Tyndale.
this is the first time this has happened. The number you quote looks like the one from L4.
Do you have the corresponding L3 number?
Questions...

Peace and Joy to you in the Lord, Steve! *smile*
A bright and sunny morning here in Oshawa, to which we moved from Whitby. Retirement and Grandkids!
Wishing you well over in tomato and canning country! *smile*
Here is the L3 Tyndale Philippians info for you: C:\Program Files\Libronix DLS\Resources\TNTC71PHPUS.lbxlls -- 2009-10-09T21:10:25Z
Hope that it is helpful. When I got my CD from Logos, they most definitely did not include my activation code (I searched and searched and searched!) - now, everytime I start Logos 3 it asks for it again. A nuisance, but everything works well, both on L3 and L4. One of these days if things slow down a bit, I'll write Logos for help in this matter .......... *smile*
Kindest personal greetings .
Yours in Christ, .......................... Mel
Here is the L3
Thanks Milford
Both for the enclosed product code number and the geographical reference! (Yes it is beautiful & cold here to day also).
With your and Dave Hooten's help I have now been able to find and download these files.
As to your problem have you tried the "shift-click-delete" in the open box demanding the number? I think it is shift-click, but it may be "control click-delete". Somewhere on these forums there is a way to bypass "code' demands when installing the main DVD. Sorry if that sounds muddled. Nor do I know if that procedure will work the same with a product CD-ROM.
[I'm assuming, that as an "old hand' at this, that you have syncronized your licenses through Libronix 3.]
If you have no success, you might need to start this as a separate thread. I'm sure at least one among these good folks should be able to help you aout.
