Logos keeps crashing during a passage guide search.

Sorry to hear you are having problems
A couple of questions:
- How were you invoking the Passage Guide? From the Homepage, from the Guides menu?
- What passage range did you specify?

Please contact technical support, reference this thread, and have them help you collect a crash dump from your computer that they can submit to Software Development.

It now crashes all the time...it must have to do with Windows 10 latest update 2 days ago --Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3140768)
Right now... I can't use the software and I need it asap.

Potentially but I am using that update and am not experiencing the problems you are seeing

One time it crashed while I was sitting there reading a text from NIV84. Another time it was when I tried to highlight a portion of text. I'm guessing it graphics related or something opposed to a problem with a particular function.
