Unable to post new documents

I have been trying to post a pptx file to my Faithlife group and am getting the following message:

An error occured while uploading the file. The file itself is 45.8 MB.

  Is the problem only occurring for this file? The file uploading service appears to be working properly at the moment.

  Yes it appears that only the PowerPoint document is not uploading.
