When trying to click on individual prayers, the cursor will not click on arrow. It sometimes clicks on prayers that are several lines down on the list.

It might help if you could post a screen shot of just where you are in the program when you experience this.
I have just been looking at the prayers that I have and don't see an arrow.
Cmd Shift 4 will let you clip a screenshot to the desktop. You can use the paperclip above to attach the file.
I just went back to my Logos home screen and the proper function returned. So, I will wait to see if it happens again tomorrow.
Originally, when I opened the home screen and began to work through my prayer lists, the cursor was hovering about 5 lines before where it was active. Clicking on the first prayer, removed the 5th prayer, and so on.
All is good again.
