I thought I saw there was a $10 discount this month, but am unable to find teh email. Can someone either confirm if this is true or not.
Yes, there is. I used mine earlier in the week.
Its one of the My Logos Messages on your Logos home page. If you don't have that content channel set to ON, you might have missed it. Emails were also sent.
Do you know when the email was sent?
I no longer have the email but I normally use discount codes right away, so it may have come on Mar 3 (which is the day I used it) or a day or two earlier.
I got mine March 2.
It was included in an email dated 16th March titled "March's Logos Now benefits".
Robert, the email usually goes out twice a month (to catch people signing up during the month). But you can also find the code in My Logos Messages on your Logos desktop. Let me know if you still don't find it.
Got the February Logos Now email but nothing so far for March.....(nothing in My Verbum Messages either)
Can you send the email out again. I did not receive it, I also don't think I received on in February. Perhaps I deleted it, but I don't think so because I have Outlook set up to place all my Logos now emails in their own folder.
It is not in my Logos Messages either.
I checked the My Messages area and did not see the coupon. I unchecked the "my messages" box in settings and let the page refresh then rechecked it and let the page refresh again; it's still not there. I can't seem to locate the email either.
Doesn't appear in My Verbum Messages. Maybe its Logos only.

Same here. Code never showed up on home page. My Messages option turned on.
Brooks, I'm not seeing a Logos Now subscription attached to this account. These codes are just for Logos Now subscribers. Do you have a second account with a subscription that I may be missing?

This is very frustrating and alarming to see that this issue is so wide spread and Logos has made no effort to address it by sending out new emails. It makes you wonder if Logos Now is worth it.

Sorry for the confusion. The issue with some emails not getting through is complex, but we are working on it. We are having Customer Service re-send both the "March's Logos Now Benefits" one and the end of the month discount to those who haven't received it. Sascha, our system shows that an email was successfully delivered to you on March 2 (at least it was March 2 in the U.S.) titled "March's Logos Now benefits." If you can't find this, I'll forward it to you from my personal account.
As far as the monthly preview and promotional benefits, Verbum Now and Logos Now work independently. This code was just for Logos Now members, and was in response to an incorrectly displayed discount on last month's preview resources.
Derek: How does this work for those who subscribe to Logos Now but use Logos with SetVerbum=yes ?
You are still a Logos Now subscriber and still eligible for the discount. If you don't get an email by end of the day, let me know.
Derek I don't have this Email, but I see in my Orders at 3 March a Order for 20$ where I paid just 10§ so I think I get it, but I had to install my PC new so it get's lost.
