Android Suite 5.1.3 Stable Release
The Android team is pleased to announce the 5.1.3 Stable release of the Bible, Biblia, FSB, Verbum, Vyrso and Noet apps.
The apps should be available soon in Google Play (in a few hours) and in the Amazon Store in roughly 24 hours.
If you discover any issues please create a new post and include the following info:
- Description – How were you using the app when the problem occurred?
- App Info – Which app you are using. (Bible, Biblia, Faithlife Study Bible, Noet, Verbum or Vyrso)
- Device Info – (Nexus 7, Motorola Triumph, Droid Bionic, Kindle Fire HDX)
- Android Version – (4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 5.0, 5.1, 6.0)

This release seems to be working properly. I haven't had any crashes yet in the scenarios that caused crashes before namely, switching back to Logos after using another memory hungry app or two, and scrolling with 2 synched panes open. I still get the same processing pauses but these are now followed with normal functioning instead of the crashes with 5.1.2 and previous 5.x.x versions.

My "Today's Readings" sections does not show up on the Home screen. When I enter "Edit sections" and check it or remove the check, nothing changes on the Home screen. What do I need to do?

Hi Michael, next time please try to create a new post (as mentioned above).
- Is this a Private reading plan or a group reading plan?
- Can you see the Reading plans if you sign into documents.logos.com (https://community.logos.com/forums/t/113561.aspx)?
- Are the Reading Plans completed or not?

Thank you Kevin. I will start a new post next time. It is a private reading plan. I will stay on the home screen for several days and then be gone. I verify that the reading plans Home screen section is checked but it does not show up so I can add a reading plan. So what I have to do is close the app on my android devise, select join a reading plan from the "Reading plan invitations" and once a reading plan has been added, I can then tap the + and find my reading plan and add it back.
It does show up on documents.logos.com and in the documents area of the app.
It is not completed.

The above two statements don't match with each other; you can't join a private reading plan so it must be a shared (group) reading plan.
If on documents.logos.com you navigate and find the reading plan then tap on it, then click on List (to show the complete list of readings), does it show that there is a reading every day?

Sorry. I was not clear. I have to join a reading plan in order for the "Today's Reading" section to show up on my home screen. Once Today's Readings is showing up on my home page, then I can add my private reading plans.

Can you deselect all sections in Edit Sections except for Today's Readings, tap Done and then post a screenshot of the Home page?

By the way, If I remove my private reading plan and still leave Today's Readings checked, this is what my home screen looks like:

The two "Loading..." indicators mean the app isn't finished background processing, and the wifi icon with the down arrow means something is still downloading to your device. So you might wish to restart the app while it has a solid wifi connect and wait until the "Loading..." messages goes away.
Also, the 2 Corinthians Reading Plan is not a Private reading plan but a Group Reading plan in Faithlife terminology. A Private reading plan is you read by yourself and is not shared, but a Group reading plan is one that is shared with someone else. However, I'm not sure why the "Today's Readings" panel header goes missing; I'll try to reproduce.

I can't reproduce this issue. The only time I see the Add sessions screen is if no sections are enabled. What happens if you tap "+ Add sections"? Here's what I'm seeing: https://monosnap.com/file/dS7twKrFRAOvdtzCiSEp7jZysxSCZE

When I tap the "+", my "Today's Readings" is checked. I unchecked it and taped Done. Then I taped the "+" a second time, checked the "Today's Readings," and "Done" and the Today's Readings section turned on.
