There are add ins that allow you to copy streamed files. For instance Chrome allows the use of "video downloader professional". There are many more :-)
Does it work with MS Edge?
The downloaders are nice when there is no other way to download, but so many site also just include a download button. The download button is much easier to use with fewer keystrokes and no add-ins needed.
