Bible Word Study -- Same Link set click behavior
Latest Beta and have Logos Now and a MAC, when clicking on a word in NIV with link set set should the click behavior be such that when clicking on word in old testament (PS 19:1 heavens) should the Bible Word Study window go to the greek lemma?
I have seen the hebrew lemma come up, but it quickly changes to the greek....
Is that expected? A settings issue? Or a bug?
If I right click on the word and do a lemma search on the hebrew lemma it is fine. Also the click behavour with a Lexicon works as expected.

This NIV:
The New International Version. (2011). Grand Rapids, MI: Zondervan.
I went to try this on my Windows version which is set to the 6.10 stable but looks like the BWS is a 6.11 beta release feature....
I am currently re-building my index on my MAC, the blue circle kept staying saying indexing but at zero even with a computer reboot....maybe that will be it.

I can't replicate the problem - it goes to Hebrew for me.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Well, these features aren't likely to work when you are building the index.

I am confused. Are you having problems on both computers? The Mac is running L6.11 beta?

I am having a problem on the MAC, using the Rebuild Index at the moment to see if it will resolve it.
My Windows computer is on the 6.10 stable version which doesn't have the BWS click feature as that is a 6.11 Beta feature so I couldn't test on my Windows machine.

Can you list all of the resources that are in that same link set?

Ok, based on your statement I took a look at this and I think I found what maybe contributing to the problem. I do have a few things linked but what stood out is I am using the Lexicon click and BWS click together. And my Lexicon linked window I took advantage of the Series tag to have one Lexicon window that would work from OT to NT so it has the BDB, HAL, and the BDAG.
I de-linked the Lexicon window, no help. Closed the BWS window, re-opened and all worked correctly. Re-linked the Lexicon window and so far it is working. **Edit** BWS can be correct, focus the Lexicon window and it is correct but then refocus the BWS and it switches to the greek lemma. I do have my Bibles (NIV/ESV in multiple resource window) on the left and the Lexicon and BWS in separate windows on the right where you have to click on their tabs to bring them to the front and focus them.
But I believe the BDAG in the Lexicon window maybe causing a problem somehow?

So you have one panel with the NIV + ESV. A second panel with BDB + HAL+ BDAG, and a third panel with the BWS. Any others in that link set?

For completeness also:
BHS SESB 2.0, HDOT(ESV), AFPMA

Can you look through all of your open tabs and see if you can find any other besides the Bible Word Study that is currently navigated to οὐρανός?

No, I am not seeing anywhere where the greek word is showing other than in the BWS that is in the link set or otherwise.
Though I did get something interesting, I was on PS 21:1 with strength clicked on. Got the correct hebrew word in the lexicon window and the greek word in BWS. Scrolled the Lexicon looking to see if there was a greek reference and as I scrolled BWS would change words such as ἰσζυρός which is when the BDB is scrolled to here:

Not sure if it's the same bug, but I thought I'd throw this out in case it would help get to the bottom of this one...
When Logos restarts and loads to a layout which already has BWS in the same link set as a Bible, a single click does nothing until the link set is cleared (or changed) on the BWS tab and then switched back on.
The layout makes no difference. I tested this with only the ESV and the standard BWS open.
