Highlights not syncing (AGAIN)

Once again I must mention that highlights are not syncing across platforms. Logos is a GREAT program, but this continual problem is INEXCUSABLE. It has been mentioned many, many times in various forums, and Logos has not solved the issue. The tremendous value of using Logos across platforms is severely compromised by this glitch. PLEASE fix this problem!!!

This isn't a widespread issue. You will need to provide more information. In all three threads that you have created, you come to complain and then don't post back! If you want help, you will need to work with us.

I was experiencing this and it was fixed a few updates back... I haven;t used it enough lately to know if I am once again experiencing it. For me it was something happening with my iPad primarily but my iPhone seemed less susceptible to it. I recently updated my iPad to a knew Pro 9.7... I have not yet re installed FL downloads and have yet to use it a lot for faithlife... indeed almost all my times far has been downloading and installing things. I expect by late next week to get things restored fully.

I was experiencing this and it was fixed a few updates back...

Remember though Dan that similar symptoms ≠ "the same problem." There doesn't appear to be a widespread issue, and there are a number of reasons why notes might not sync (or might not appear to sync!).

I experience the same issue. I use logos on my android phone and on my windows 10 computer. I will go for weeks with no syncing, then it seems that they all catch up. After a while I will realize that it isn't syncing again. I will be happy to give you any feedback you desire, as I would love to have the problem solved. If it is something I am doing to cause it, I want to stop doing it!
