Search within Book
it would be nice to be able to search a book, while in the book instead of having to exit the book, hope it's in your recent read list, sometimes not if you haven't read it for long and then do the search. is this available? Am I missing something?

The only thing I can think of is for you to use split screen.
In what way - the search panel takes up the whole screen .
Intrigued!

I was answering without my iPad with me... I was assuming that you could open a search panel in one of the two panels. I still don't have my iPad with me... is that not the case?
No the search panel takes the full screen temporarily hiding the two reading panels

I have also often wanted to search the book I am currently reading and have been frustrated that it is very difficult to do in both Android and iOS.

This request had already been suggested here: https://logosmobile.uservoice.com/forums/190765-logos-mobile-apps/suggestions/5073029-search-open-resource .
Please try to search UserVoice before entering suggestions; I'll close one of these to avoid duplicates.

Thanks, Kevin for faithfully monitoring this category of the forum. While I won't be using my votes for this suggested improvement, I hope Logos doesn't judge the implementation of a feature solely based on the votes cast in UserVoice. This particular refinement would be welcomed by many of us.

Rest assured that many factors come into play when deciding which new features to implement and the UserVoice vote count is merely one of them.
