Why not NIDNTTE as well as NIDNTT on iPhone app

I have both the NIDNTT and the NIDNTTE but whenever I do a Bible Word Study only NIDNTT shows up in the list of resources to look at. I prioritized my resources on my desktop Logos so that NIDNTTE comes before NIDNTT, but a word study request still only displays NIDNTT. I verified that NIDNTTE has an entry for the word I was looking for (eudokeo).

Is there something I need to do?

I'm not sure if this fully answers your issue, but I can say that unfortunately, the IOS app does not recognize the prioritization done on PC.  There is currently no way to prioritize resources for the apps.

Then my question is why doesn't the app recognize I have that resource in my library?

I'm not sure about that.  I don't own the resource, so I can't check to see if it shows up for me.

For clarification: Is THIS the resource you are talking about? Are you saying that it isn't showing up in your mobile library? Have you tried the command rebuild index? When did you perform a clean install last? Do you have multiple FL apps installed? If so, does it appear in any of the others?

Not every resource (lexicon, commentary, exegesis, etc.) will give results in the Guides or Bible Word Study (even if you own them) in the mobile apps unless those resources have been (re)built to allow that functionality.  I will create an inquiry case to find out more about the NIDNTTE resource and if/when this might happen.

Yes, that is the resource I'm talking about. It shows up in Bible Word Study as a lexicon choice when I use my PC, but not when I use my iPhone.

I will do a rebuild index and see if that helps.

I last did a clean install September 1, 2015, if the Last Updated field is the way to find out.

What are "multiple FL apps"? "Faithlife Apps"? I have the Faithlife Study Bible app on my iPhone but don't use it often.

All of my questions were geared towards the resource not showing up in the library... not in a Bible Word Study. See Kevin's comments for that. If you can't find the resource in your LIBRARY, then please continue.

Where do you see this "Last Updated" field? I am asking about the mobile app. I am unaware of a "Last Updated" field in the mobile app.

Yes. FL = Faithlife. There are at least 5 different apps, and some users have multiple ones installed (I don't). If a resource doesn't show up in your LIBRARY, we can use the other apps to help determine if your Bible! App installation has become corrupted in some way.

I got a new iPhone just a couple weeks ago. I restored it from the backup of my old phone. I had to redownload the resources.

That seems to be the case here. Considering how new a resource NIDNTTE is, I am surprised it doesn't show up in a Bible Word Study on my iPhone. Or maybe that's something Faithlife has to do after the fact for any resource, and NIDNTTE is in a queue somewhere for that to be done in the future.

I've created a case to see if this resource can be added.
