migrating/syncing mytags

I use Logos 6 on my home desktop and a desktop at the church. I worked through PRS' and tags on my home computer. Is there a secret I'm missing on getting them to show up on my desktop at church? The 'mytags' column is blank on the church computer?

For clarification: you are talking about the "mytags" column in your library, right? Have you clicked the columns several times to change the sorting views? When I click it, only one view shows any "mytags" because they are hidden at the bottom of the list (I don't have many mytags)

Are you using the same username (email) & password? What specific version of the engine are you using on both computers? You might need to provide logs (see my signature line).

If both computers are connected to the internet and logged in as the same account, it should just work.

If that isn't happening, type sync repair into the command box on both computers - first your home computer, then your church computer.

Okay typed 'sync repair' into the command box and got the blue circle in the upper left spinning. I imagine I wait till it says it's done before trying it on the church computer?
