Cited by tool for IPad

This video shows the Cited By tool being used in IPad. I cannot duplicate this or find the tool. How can Inaccess this tool on my IPad mini 2.

slide one finger upwards, and from the menu select "Search for citations".

The problem was being in scroll mode. Obviously swipe up won't work them. Thanks for the solution. Works now. . .

In scroll mode, simply tapping the resource displays the icon for the menu
