BUG?: Keller Collection works online only?
I've been on vacation and often off from wifi. I was looking forward to reading through some of the books I got with the new Tim Keller collection (the one on prayer and the one on preaching). However, I discovered, that while the books were downloaded, I could only read a certain amount when not online.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I've tried removing and redownloading the books, restarting the iPad Mini 2, and deleting and reinstalling the app. Still, the Keller Collection books require me to be online to read more than a few pages.

Levi, I had 4 of his books already on my iPad but I had not checked without wifi until I read your post. I am experiencing the same behaviour it only works with wifi.
I really hope that this can be fixed because there are a number of times I don't have access to wifi when I want to read a book.

Thanks for confirming, Bruce. I hope it's an easy fix—and not something like a licensing issue.

My hope is exactly the same Levi.

This is interesting.
Download a book.
- Don't open it.
- Turn off wifi
- Open the book.
- No text appears at all.
Download a book.
- Open and read/scroll through part of the book online.
- Turn off wifi.
- The text you already read or scrolled through persists, (and perhaps a few pages more) but no more of it will display.
Something certainly isn't working properly.

Mark, that is exactly the behaviour that I am experiencing too.

Is this only happening with the Keller books or with other newer books as well?

This is an important question.

I checked one volume of the Zondervan Backgrounds NT Commentary that I recently bought. It works as expected.
This volume isn't new to Logos so in that way is unlike the recent Keller volumes that are currently a problem.

I had already downloaded but not opened "The Reason For God" to my phone (iPhone 6s), latest version of iOS Logos App. I turned off both Wifi and Mobile Data. When I opened the resource there is no text, title does appear at the top of the page and the information button at the bottom is missing.

Turn on back on both Wifi and Moblie data on my phone, scrolled through a few pages, turned off Wifi and Mobile data and above behaviour confirmed.

There is definitely something very strange going on . . .

Can someone from Faithlife please look into this?
The specific steps to recreate the issue has been provided by Mark and confirmed by Doc.

Thanks for fixing this in Bible! 5.2.3. I did have to remove and redownload the book, but after that, it worked fine—thanks!

I had not downloaded this new version yet but after I read your post I did and now it is working! I too had to remove and re-download the books.
Thanks.
