Wanting to search for words that are used twice in a row in the Bible

Does anyone know how to search for all occurrences of words being used twice in a row? For instance, I would like to see how often God called people by their name twice. Simon, Simon, or Saul, Saul for example. I don't who or how many times it happened, so I'd like to do a general search for words repeated in the Bible. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

One question though. The Hebrew search went perfectly. How do I select noun to = parts of speech in the Greek Search? I have screen shot what I have done so far, but when I go to find noun in the syntax search, I can’t find it. What am I missing?

A name is a noun so used Morphology to specify part of speech:
