I purchased this Lexham title but it is not showing up on mobile devices or on the web app. The other two companion works do show up. Is there a reason?

From everything I can tell, this resource <should> be available on mobile. Sometimes resources aren't available immediately upon release, but shortly afterwards. In some other cases, someone forgets to "flip the switch," which may be the case here. You could try the command "rebuild index" which will rebuild the library list (this isn't the same thing as "rebuild index" on the desktop). If that doesn't work, we will have to wait for FL to chime in.
