Is there an easy search query that I could use to find every question asked by God in the Bible?
Your help is much appreciated!
{Section <PropositionalOutline = Question>} WITHIN ({Speaker <Person God>} OR {Speaker <Person Jesus>} OR {Speaker <Person Holy Spirit>})
Logos 6 Core Crossgrade and higher, as well in Silver base packages and higher included New Testament Propositional Outlines
Logos Now added Old Testament Propositional Outlines in 6.5

You're awesome! Thank you!

Simplified a bit (finds same results):
{Section <PropositionalOutline = Question>} WITHIN ({Speaker <Person God>} OR {Speaker <Person Jesus>})
Noticed Logos 6.12 RC 1 finds many questions, but not all so modified search to include more results in Job:
({Section <PropositionalOutline = Question>} OR {Section <PropositionalOutline = Question (No)>} OR {Section <PropositionalOutline = Elaboration>}) WITHIN ({Speaker <Person God>} OR {Speaker <Person Jesus>})
For some reason I am only getting New Testament results.
I don't know why, but I have Top Bibles selected and it only shows me four. The new Modern English Version is not showing up. I wonder why
Also, when I use the MEV by itself, I get no results. This has to be a bug with the version.
Do you have Logos Now or Verbum Now subscription ?
Thread => What is Logos Now? has list of Now subscription items, which includes 6.5 Propositional Outlines for the Old Testament.
You'll only get results in English translations that have a reverse interlinear I believe. I suspect but have not tested that you must search the Hebrew and the Greek individually as there is a clause search embedded here.

Propositional Outline section search WITHIN Speaker can be done in Old and New Testaments (does not have original language constraints):
Currently know of 42 Bibles that can be searched for Propositional Outline sections WITHIN Speaker
16 English Bibles: 14 of them have Reverse Interlinear tagging while two of them (High Definition) have Discourse tagging. The 1984 NIV and 1971 RSV have New Testament Reverse Interlinear with search results, but no results in OT.
18 Greek Bibles with Morphological/Discourse tagging.
6 Hebrew Bibles with Morphological/Discourse tagging.
2 Spanish Bibles with Reverse Interlinear tagging. The LBLA has New Testament Reverse Interlinear with search results (no results in OT).

No I don't have Logos Now. I guess that's why I only have New Testament results.
Thanks.

I was just thinking the same.
You're awesome! Thank you! I was just thinking the same.
Agreed. This is a great search tip.
No "Logos Now" subscription so I only get NT, but am surprised that I do not get any ESV results. Any thoughts on that?
Thanks MJ, that makes perfect sense.
Can you post a screenshot?
I saw a post once that used this search string
<LogosMorphHeb ~ I> WITHIN {Speaker <Person God>}
Noticed Logos 6.12 RC 1 finds many questions, but not all so modified search to include more results in Job: ({Section <PropositionalOutline = Question>} OR {Section <PropositionalOutline = Question (No)>} OR {Section <PropositionalOutline = Elaboration>}) WITHIN ({Speaker <Person God>} OR {Speaker <Person Jesus>})
Learned Propositional Outline has one more Question section:
({Section <PropositionalOutline = Question>} OR {Section <PropositionalOutline = Question (No)>} OR {Section <PropositionalOutline = Question (Yes)>}) WITHIN ({Speaker <Person God>} OR {Speaker <Person Jesus>})
Job has questions that elaborate a previous question. Caveat: Elaborate also expands other proposition(s).
Morph Search:
(<LogosMorphHeb ~ I> OR <LogosMorphHeb ~ RI?????>) WITHIN {Speaker <Person God>}
can be converted to Bible Search:
((([field bible, content] <LogosMorphHeb ~ I>) OR ([field bible, content] <LogosMorphHeb ~ RI?????>)) WITHIN {Speaker <Person God>})
Found Gen 16:4 has an interrogative with a Purpose propositional outline.
