I couldn't find a thread on this topic. Is the tagging system on the desktop available on the iPad?

You can search for your books by tag on the iPad:

I don't think you can tag your books from the iPad, though.

Thanks for the reply - I can do tags sort of.  They tags are current with my desktop.  I did close Logos on iPad and restart.

Not all the books on the desktop under a specific tag are listed.  When I list the complete tag name the books drop off list but partial tag name they list.

Specifically, The Complete Word Study Dictionary:New Testament and Old Testament do not appear in my library on my iPad.

    Any thoughts?

I get that sometimes. If your tags are more than one word, with space(s) between words (e.g. "sermon on the mount" or "small groups"), you get better results if you put quotation marks around these, like mytag:"sermons (other)". Another reason a resource may not show on the iPad is probably because it's not available for viewing on the mobile apps (maybe technical or publisher reasons).

Or it could be a personal book; they play so nicely in the desktop app I'm sometimes surprised when I can't access them in the mobile app [H]

Mostly when I search by tag, I get results that are fairly consistent with the desktop app.
