What is there to clarify? Was your original post a question? The way you wrote it seems like you were just letting everyone know about it to buy it. If you have a specific question about a Vyrso resource, you should ask in the Vyrso resource since the Vyrso team doesn't frequent the rest of the forums.
If your question is "why can't I buy it," the answer has already been given... There are some books which can't be sold in some regions.

This issue has been brought up before. The Vyrso site is very spartan, and is unlikely to get much attention.
Licensing agreements are often territorial... One publisher owns the rights to sell a book in one area, a different one in another. Users outside of the given area are excluded from making the purchase. This is much clearer (in most cases) on the Logos website, but as I mentioned, the Vyrso site isn't likely to get the needed attention. If a user has a specific question about why they can't purchase the book, they should either contact FL directly or post in the Vyrso forum. If I need to send an email to get some attention, I will do so.
Please create a thread in the Vyrso forum and I'll flag someone down.
The strange thing is I was able to purchase BST The Message of Church which I presume was put on Vyrso by the same publisher.
