Spoke with Even Jones yesterday. We had an issue where our main media computer did not download images and videos properly. They were referenced in the slide edit page but did not actually show up. The images and videos properly downloaded to my personal Mac and PC at home so not sure why our main computer didn't work. Attached are our Proclaim logs. The date we had an issue was May 29th.
