Each month I like to check the offers which are available if you purchase a base package. Until several months ago, I could simply add one to my cart then see:
a) the price for the discounted topical bundles (with the additional 15% off) then
b) the page with all of the different categories of additional special offers which are only available when you buy a base package.
But lately (past 3-4 months maybe?)
a) only gives a percentage discount, not a price.
b) Only shows the first 4 or 5 offers and if you attempt to use the arrow to see the other offers in each category they disappear - literally there is nothing there. As well as that, sometimes the prices display in AUS dollars, sometimes a box shows which says 'dynamic pricing.'
All in all, this section of the website is functioning very poorly lately. I've tried with google chrome and IE just in case it's a browser issue but I get the same result.
This is just one of the reasons why I always use a Sales Representative. But since many people do not, surely this means that Logos is missing out on additional revenue because the pages do not load/display properly.
While I'm speaking about this, why could we not get an email listing all of the special deals available each month if you buy a base package?
Oh and finally, The ESV Study Bible (notes only) used to feature regularly on that page with a discount. Now, it is the full ESV study Bible which includes the ESV text. But if you buy a base package, you always get the text of the ESV! Is it not more sensible to offer the notes only version?
