Ever since A11 my system has not been auto updating! Any thoughts as to why this would happen and how I could get it to auto update again? I have to manually download and install, which works fine.
There has only been one update since A11 to A12. When you say it wont auto-update, what do you mean? Did you open Logos and wait for an update to start? How long did you wait?
My A11 did not auto update to A12, I manually updated. I waited a long time (an hour) and also closed and restarted it several times (like 7).
The manual update worked perfectly. I do not seem to have "connection" with Logos though from the program. The "Update Now" and "Sync Now" do not seem to produce any activity and I have a Tyndale commentary purchase that has not come through on the Mac side.... it came through on the Windows side.
That is my experience. I have not experienced any crashes, so there are no logs (I guess?).
I have experienced a much faster and stable program. I am excited about the progress.
I've had the same issue. Normally when I open L4, the blue icon appears in the menu bar and starts downloading right away. I waited about 30 min, but nothing. So I manually downloaded and installed.
Also, along the same lines... (probably already addressed in the forums, but I haven't looked),
My layouts are not synced with my windows version. It looks like they have been synced in the past, but the changes over the last month have not synced.
Is that also apart of the updating and syncing?
A10 auto updated within a minute of opening the program. A11 and A12 I had to manually update. I opened Logos 4 Mac and left it open while I got coffee and came back to nothing updating, so I manually updated. I was curious if a manual update stopped auto update. I even typed in 'update now' and nothing took place.

My experience has been the same.
My home machine updated correctly. My work machine I had to update manually. Not sure what the difference is. Maybe work is unholy?
I seem to have these same two failures also. Neither A-11 nor A-12 updated automatically, and my layouts seem to have not updated in some time.

For what it's worth, it worked fine in mine. So if it's a bug, it's not across the board.

There are always logs. All three logs that we typically ask for are populated at all times. In fact, most of the bugs that have been solved using user logs haven't involved crashing. In this case, if there are connectivity issues or challenges with the update process, the logs may very well have contained helpful information.
