I got mine, tried to apply it at checkout, it said it was a good coupon, but it did not apply any discount..
Did you make sure that the "Apply Logos Credit" option was checked on before you proceeded with your purchase?
Whatever is the case, I am sure Customer Service would gladly fix that for you.

Yes, but only if you have taken the steps necessary. I don't have those here now, but you could google to try and find them. I do know that you have to have a completed FL profile AND subscribe to "personalized offers." If either of those aren't met, you won't receive your present.
